Swim moulds are available in colours from translucent to an array of standard colours, marble effect colours, neons, glitters and logos at extra cost. A wide variety of floatable colours is available, so in the case of the plug being removed from your ear whilst in water, they will simply float to the top and be easily found. 

Noise can permanently damage your hearing is by a single brief exposure to a high noise level. Hearing damage can also occur gradually at much lower levels of noise, if there is enough exposure over time.
